Here's a little backstory: I first wrote and launched this guide at the end of 2020, a year that proved to be incredibly challenging for small business owners, including myself. Despite opening my salon on March 1st, right before the world shut down, 2020 ended up being my best year financially as a lash artist. I realized that many solo beauty providers were struggling with the same issue: how to get more clients. However, they were lacking the foundational elements of running a business.
